Equipments are correctly calibrated and verified when acquiring a new customer and
installing them, but to maintain the product rendering to the top it is fundamental that
periodic checks and maintenance are made by competent technicians.
The commercial staff of Caffè Vero attends technical courses which enable them to
understand if the equipments have any problems and they can made little
maintenance and calibrations.
They periodically check all the customer equipments and if necessary they can get in
touch with the company technicians.
A computerized system monitors the periodic interventions (change of drills, clearing
of filters, etc…) made by the company technicians or by the external authorized ones
responsible for single specific areas.
The technicians network always guaranties a fast and professional maintenance of
the equipments, both extraordinary or periodic, extraordinary in case of breakdown,
always assuring the maximum quality of your cup of espresso.
