    Brown sugar

    It is a non-depleted natural product with nutrients such as mineral salts and small amounts of amino acids. It is not subjected to all of the chemical refinery procedures that white sugar is subjected to.

COMPOSITION

100% cane sugar derived from the refining of the raw cane. Unrefined cane sugar is a natural combination of molasses, without any added colourants, aromas or coatings. It is golden brown in colour.
