A mix of cocoa, sugar and natural thickeners for the classic thick chocolate like the version served in a bar. A delicate white chocolate flavour. Ready to use, offering an excellent and sustained result. 500 g format.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, cornstarch, cocoa butter (cocoa butter, powdered skimmed MILK, stabiliser: E450), 10% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla extract), aromas, thickener: E412, salt, vanilla flavouring and colourant: safflower extract.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Pour 25 g of product into 100-120 ml of milk, mix it and bring it to the boil with the steam wand until the desired thickness is obtained.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool (18-25ºC), dry place. The minimum storage period is at least 36 months from the production date, provided it is stored in its full packaging and kept away from any humidity.
