    In the hills in a narrow area of Guatemala at around 1700 m/a.s.l., some small-time coffee producers grow this arabica bean in a healthy environment shaded by different types of trees. The manual harvesting, artisan processing and grains that are repeatedly washed give the coffee soft aromatic notes and a fruity acidity that make it unique.
