    This is a blend of decaffeinated coffee made up of 70% arabica beans and 30% washed robusta beans to ensure the pleasant sensation of a good coffee for those who are caffeine intolerant. The natural decaffeination process ensures that the aromas and cream are preserved.

    Italian Roasting

    Our coffee is roasted using hot air so as not to burn the grains in the latest generation slow and even roasting machines; it is then air cooled to prevent alteration, in respect of the Italian espresso’s artisan tradition.
