    This is a blend that combines 90% of precious arabica coffee and 10% of washed Indian robusta coffee. The fruity notes of the washed arabica beans and the almond and biscuit note in the Brazilian santos coffee intertwine with the slightly spiced density of the Indian robusta in order to obtain a perfectly balanced and aromatically flavoured espresso

    Italian Roasting

    Our coffee is roasted using hot air so as not to burn the grains in the latest generation slow and even roasting machines; it is then air cooled to prevent alteration, in respect of the Italian espresso’s artisan tradition.
