    In the rainforests of Honduras, some small-time farmers grow this arabica bean under strict quality control procedures. The exotic environment and the altitude of between 1300 and 1850 m/a.s.l. of the farming areas provide excellent conditions for producing high-quality coffee which the Hondurans work on with skill and experience so as to get the most out of its character and all its flavours.
