The Santos Florada arabica bean, which is processed dry, comes from the sun-soaked plantations of the south east of Brazil at around 1200 m/a.s.l. This natural processing method used for the coffee grains lowers their level of sourness, giving the drink more density in the cup with a sweet profile and low acidity for an espresso with an intense yet pleasant flavour.
